USDA Report: Weekly U.S. Soybean Export Sales Report
Washington, July 21 news; for the week ended July 14, 2022, net sales of soybeans in the United States in 2021/22 were 203,500 tons, with major buyers including China (146,900 tons, of which 125,000 tons were transferred to unknown destinations), Indonesia ( 72,200 tons, of which 68,000 tons were transferred from unknown destinations, and sales decreased by 100 tons), Germany (68,800 tons), Japan (55,100 tons, of which 50,200 tons were transferred from unknown destinations, and sales decreased by 2,900 tons), and Mexico (13,200 tons, of which another sale fell by 300 tons), but sales to unknown destinations fell by 172,900 tons. Net sales in 2022/23 were 254,700 tons, mainly to China (136,000 tons), Egypt (52,000 tons), Mexico (27,000 tons), unknown destinations (19,000 tons), and Japan (13,500 tons).
Exports for the week were 499,900 tonnes, 13% higher than last week and 10% higher than the four-week average. Major destinations include China (140,000 tons), Japan (117,800 tons), Indonesia (80,900 tons), Germany (68,800 tons), and Mexico (56,800 tons).
