U.S. private exporters report sales of 136,000 tonnes of soybeans to China
WASHINGTON, Nov. 30: The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s single-day export sales report released on Wednesday showed that private exporters reported sales of 136,000 tonnes of soybeans to China for delivery in the 2022/23 season, which began on Sept. 1.
The USDA publishes a weekly export sales report every week, in addition to a daily export sales report. If the exporter has any sales activity of 100,000 tons or more of a single commodity in a single business day, or if the quantity of the commodity sold in the reporting period is 200,000 tons or more, it must be 3 p.m. EST on the second business day Before, make a report to the USDA. If the quantity is lower than the above requirements, it will be reported once a week.
