U.S. private exporters report 264,000 tonnes of soybean sales to China on Tuesday
WASHINGTON, Dec. 6: The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s single-day export sales report on Monday showed that private exporters reported sales of 264,000 tonnes of soybeans to China for delivery in the 2022/23 season, which began on Sept. 1.
On December 5, private US exporters reported sales of 130,000 tons of soybeans to China. On November 30, it reported sales of 136,000 tons of soybeans to China for delivery in 2022/23.
The USDA publishes a weekly export sales report every week, in addition to a daily export sales report. If the exporter has any sales activity of 100,000 tons or more of a single commodity in a single business day, or if the quantity of the commodity sold during the reporting period is 200,000 tons or more, it must be 3 p.m. EST on the second business day Before, make a report to the USDA. If the quantity is lower than the above requirements, it will be reported once a week.
