Secex: Brazilian soybean exports pick up pace in second week of February

Foreign media, February 15: Brazil’s soybean exports averaged 187,400 tons per day in the second week of February, up from 92,700 tons per day in the first week, and higher than the same month in 2021, data from Brazil’s Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX) showed. of 147,000 tonnes increased by 27.5%.

According to SECEX data, Brazil’s soybean exports in January 2022 reached 2.4697 million tons, much higher than the 49,298 tons in January last year, and also breaking the historical record of 2.0351 million tons set in January 2019.
