SECEX: Brazil exports 4.42m tonnes of soybeans in first two weeks of March

Foreign media March 16 news: Brazil’s foreign trade secretariat (SECEX) data shows that Brazil’s soybean exports in the first two weeks of March (a total of 8 working days) were 4.42 million tons.

For comparison, Brazil’s soybean exports in March 2021 were 12.7 million tons.

Average daily soybean exports so far in March are 552,440 tonnes, higher than a year earlier.

Analysts say March is usually the peak season for Brazil’s soybean exports.

Brazil’s average soybean export price in March was US$512.6 per ton, up from US$397.5 per ton in March last year.
