Net U.S. soybean sales to China were about 500,000 tons in the week ended July 21
WASHINGTON, July 28: The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s weekly export sales report shows that net U.S. soybean sales to China (mainland) for the week ended July 21 were about 500,000 tons, of which 2021/22 Soybean sales are down 31,000 tons, with net sales of 538,000 tons in 2022/23.
For comparison, the U.S. soybean sales to China (mainland) in 2021/22 were 146,900 tons in the previous week, and the net sales in 2022/23 were 136,900 tons.
Looking at the sales of other grains, China bought 2,000 tons of American old sorghum and 67,000 tons of new sorghum that week. The U.S. shipped 208,000 tons of corn and 70,000 tons of sorghum to China that week.
