FP-120 is one kind of high-quality natural plant protein made from Non-GMO soybean raw material, and used the international advanced technology. Widely applied in sausages, frozen prepared foods, surimi, vegetarian analogue etc.

4. Recommend method

① Add 3%-5% with other ingredients.

② Prepared a pre-emulsion from isolated soy protein, water, and fat, adding 5-20%.

③ The protein is hydrated at a 1:4/1:5 ratio of water to isolated soy protein, and added according to the customer’s requirement.

20kg net weight, kraft paper bag with inner plastic bag.

6. Storage

In dry and cool place, keep away from strong odour or volatile materials and moisture.
