ANEC expects Brazil to export up to 3.46 million tons of soybeans in October
Foreign media, October 12 news: Brazil’s National Association of Grain Exporters (ANEC) said that Brazil’s soybean exports in October 2022 will be between 2.5 million tons and 3.463 million tons, depending on the queue of freighters. For comparison, October exports were forecast at 3.11 million tonnes last week.
Soybean exports in September 2022 were 3.689 million tons, compared with 2.985 million tons in October last year.
According to ANEC data, Brazil exported 2.282 million tons of soybeans in January 2022, compared with 54,000 tons in the same period last year.
Exports in February were 9.113 million tons, up from 5.510 million tons in the same period last year.
Exports in March were 12.163 million tons, down from 14.916 million tons in the same period last year.
Exports in April were 11.363 million tons, down from 15.674 million tons in the same period last year.
Exports in May were 10.268 million tons, down from 14.221 million tons in the same period last year.
Exports in June were 9.947 million tons, down from 10.129 million tons in the same period last year.
Exports in July were 7.009 million tons, down from 7.970 million tons in the same period last year.
Exports in August were 5.050 million tons, down from 5.792 million tons in the same period last year.
Exports in September were 3.689 million tons, down from 4.703 million tons in the same period last year.
According to ANEC estimates, soybean exports in the first 10 months of this year will reach between 73.38 and 74.35 million tons.
On October 5, ANEC forecast that Brazil’s soybean exports in 2022 will be 75.5 million tons, down from 86.634 million tons in 2021.
